What cannot be shipped through our network
A clear list of prohibited and restricted goods, and why they are refused at drop-off.
Some goods are refused because the law forbids moving them, and others because carrying them alongside other parcels puts everything at risk. Refusal happens at drop-off, not afterwards, so you never pay for a shipment that will not arrive.
Strictly prohibited
- Flammable or explosive materials: gas, fuel, fireworks.
- Hazardous chemicals, acids and concentrated pesticides.
- Weapons, ammunition and their components.
- Narcotics and anything prohibited by law.
- Cash, precious metals and jewellery.
Restricted, with conditions
- Medicines: with a prescription or pharmacy invoice, in personal-use quantities.
- Batteries: installed in the device and wrapped, never loose.
- Food: canned and long-life only, with no refrigeration.
- Liquids: double-sealed packaging, up to a maximum volume.
If you are unsure about an item, contact us before bringing it to the branch. An answer beforehand is cheaper than a refusal on arrival.
