When does the service actually start?
We are in final preparation for the Damascus branch. Leave your email or phone and we will tell you on launch day, with the launch discount.
How do I get a tracking number?
It is issued the moment the shipment is registered, sent to your phone or email and printed on the receipt.
What cannot be shipped?
Flammable and explosive materials, hazardous goods, cash and precious metals, and anything prohibited by law.
How is the cost calculated?
By the line between the two cities, the parcel weight and the service type, plus a surcharge for address pickup or delivery.
What if the recipient is not there?
We retry the next day after contacting them. After two attempts the parcel is held at the branch or returned to the sender.
Can I connect my online store?
Yes — we provide an API to create shipments, print labels and follow COD settlement. Contact us for integration details.
